We kick things off with a 30 minute conversation with relevant stakeholders. The purpose is to go beyond the job description and learn more about your talent needs and determine if partnering with ELKALYNE is the right fit for your organization.
We Get To Work
We listen carefully. After the Discovery Call is wrapped, we get to work! Based on your needs, we curate a slate of 3-5 highly relevant candidates, the first of which we present to you within 5 days of the Discovery Call.
We Engage
Interested in getting to know one or all of our candidates? We do all the heavy lifting! We know setting expectations is key, so we have a skilled team who engage with a high degree of touch and communication with our clients and candidates to ensure a seamless process for all.
We Follow Through
Once you've identified the right fit for your team, ELKALYNE supports the on-boarding process every step of the way. Fees only apply once a placement is made. Whether you're leveraging our candidates for contract support or for your full-time direct hire needs, we make it easy to unlock the talent you need!

Hi there, I’m Kelsey, I live in Chicago, and I currently manage ELKALYNE’s talent care program. But it wasn’t necessarily a straightforward path to getting here. Before I was a program manager, I was a Recruiter. A Client Relationships Manager. A Content Coordinator. A nonprofit worker. A Teacher’s Assistant. Tour Guide, Receptionist, Factory Line Worker, and Farm Hand.
I know firsthand that finding the right workplace and right role can be one of life’s great challenges, impacting not just your financial health, but also your mental health. My job at ELKALYNE is to take all I’ve learned and make the job-finding process a smoother experience for all. I’m here to help!
